How to Apply


Click on the TADS link above to submit an on-line application for your child for Nursery to 12th grade; click here for Parent-Child Morning Garden registration and click here for Summer Camp registration. You will be asked to create a TADS account with an email and password for any application or registration.

Before You Apply...

PARENT-CHILD CLASS (MORNING GARDEN)

  • Register to Attend an Early Childhood Tour (optional).
  • Submit a Morning Garden Registration Form with a non-refundable session deposit.

NURSERY/KINDERGARTEN

  • Register to attend an Early Childhood tour.
  • Submit a complete Admissions Application: on-line application form via TAD with the non-refundable application fee of $50, and the teacher reference form if your child has had a previous teacher by 2/8/2013 for 1st priority. (Applications after 2/8/2013 will be considered as space permits).
  • The Director of Admissions will contact you for a parent-teacher interview and classroom visit.
  • Submit a financial aid application in conjuction with your admissions application if you need to request for Tuition Adjustment.
  • Decision notifications will be electronically mailed to 1st priority applicants by April 1, 2013.
  • Accepted students are invited to complete the enrollment agreement and submit the enrollment tuition deposit by April 15, 2013. 

GRADES 1-8

  • Register to attend a Sampler, Open House, or Walk Through the Grades school tour.
  • Submit a complete Admissions Application: on-line application form via TADS with non-refundable $50 application fee, official transcripts emailed or faxed to TADS, and teacher reference form emailed or faxed to TADS by 2/8/2013 for 1st priority. (Applications after 2/8/2013 will be considered as space permits).
  • Submit a financial aid application in conjuction with your admissions application if you need to request for Tuition Adjustment.
  • The Director of Admissions will contact you to set up a parent-teacher interview and 3-day classroom visit for your child once we have received, and the teacher has reviewed, the completed Admissions Application.
  • Register to attend the meeting for prospective 1st-5th grade parents on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 7pm.
  • Register to attend the meeting for prospective 6th-8th  grade parents on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 7pm.
  • Decision notifications will be electronically mailed to 1st priority parents by April 1, 2013.
  • Accepted students are invited to complete the enrollment agreement and submit the enrollment tuition deposit by April 15, 2013. 

GRADES 9-12

  • Schedule a Visitor Morning tour for your high school student with High School Coordinator, Therisa Pienaar.
  • Submit the on-line application with the non-refundable application fee of $50, official transcripts, a Guidance Counselor, Math teacher, and English teacher reference form, the student questionairre form, by 2/8/2013 for 1st priority. (Applications after 2/8/2013 will be considered as space permits).
  • Submit a financial aid application in conjuction with your admissions application if you need to request for Tuition Adjustment.
  • The Director of Admissions will contact you to set up a parent-teacher interview and 3-day classroom visit for your student once we have received, and the High School faculty have reviewed, the completed Admissions Application.
  • Decision notifications will be electronically mailed to parents by April 1, 2013 for 1st priority.
  • Accepted students are invited to complete the enrollment agreement and submit the enrollment tuition deposit by April 15, 2013. 

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

  • Submit an application, official transcripts, a Guidance Counselor, Math teacher, and English teacher reference form, the student questionairre form, TOEFL Score of 70 or above with the non-refundable application fee of $50 by 2/8/2013 for 1st priority.  (Applications after 2/8/2013 will be considered as space permits).
  • Submit a financial aid application in conjuction with your admissions application if you need to request for Tuition Adjustment.
  • The Director of Admissions will contact you to set up a Skype parent interview and a student interview with high school faculty.
  • Parents will be notified of acceptance by April 1, 2013 for 1st priority.
  • Accepted students are invited to complete the enrollment agreement and submit the enrollment tuition deposit by April 15, 2013.
