Tuition and Fees

Tuition 2008-9

Nursery:

  • 4 day program: $5,176
  • 5 day program: $6,342

Kindergarten: $8,011Grade:1-8: $11,271

High School: $12,622

New families: Deposit of $750 on signing of contract, deducted from tuition.

Application Fee

There will be a $50 charge per application.

Facilities Maintenance Fee

Per student $1100 one time fee upon enrollment.

After School

Early Childhood Nap program 12:30-3pm:

$15 per day enrolled, billed monthly. No drop-ins allowed.

Grade School Afterschool program 3-6pm:

Drop-in rate: $15 per day, billed monthly.

Monthly rate: $13 per day enrolled, billed regardless of days missed.

Tuition Adjustment (TA)

EWS provides tuition assistance to families with demonstrated financial need; however, it is not always possible to accommodate every family’s unique circumstances. The School asks parents and guardians to pursue all other sources for help with tuition payments as well. Tuition Adjustment (TA) applications are confidential, viewed only by Tuition Adjustment committee members, and are managed by firm deadlines. The School uses Tuition Aid Data Services (TADS) to help equitably determine amounts; participants reapply each year. Ask the Administrator for a Tuition Adjustment Application Request Form to begin the TA Application process in person at the main office or leave a voice mail 967-1858 ext.11. Tuition Adjustment is not available for After School fees.

Payment of Tuition

Tuition in payable in full before the first day of class for each academic year. However, EWS works with Smart Tuition to provide parents with the opportunity to pay tuition in monthly installments. Please contact the Business Office for more information.
